NATIONWIDE FEDERAL RECONSTRUCTION OF LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES AND POLICING

legislate and promulgate as “The Law of the Land” the

● Nationwide Federal mandatory Citizens Participatory Policing.
● Nationwide Federal condemnation and extirpation of systemic racism within Law Enforcement Agencies and Policing.
● Nationwide Federal condemnation and outlawing of Racial Profiling and Racial Criminalization within Law Enforcement Agencies and Policing.
● Nationwide Federal comprehensive background checks and vetting of all Law Enforcement and Police recruits. As well as psychological evaluations of all Law Enforcement and Police recruits.
● Nationwide Federal Congressional Orders that Law Enforcement Agencies and Police are not “Above The Law.”
● Nationwide Federal “Rights To Know;” Citizens Bill of Rights regarding Law Enforcement Agencies and Policing.
● Nationwide Federal Law Enforcement Agencies and Policing transparencies and accountability laws.
● Nationwide Federal mandatory “Citizens Review and Enforcement Board of Accountability” regarding Law Enforcement Agencies and Policing as a system of checks & balances.
● Nationwide Federal identification and renaming of Police as “Public Safety Officers” or “Peace Officers.” (Always on duty bearing visible name tags & badge numbers; as well as having on person “calling cards.” [a/k/a “business cards])
● Nationwide Federal “De-Licensing” of “The James Bond License – To Kill” within the Law Enforcement Agencies and Policing. As well as the curtailing and extirpation of the “Cowboy Mentality” and “Trigger Happy;” Law Enforcement Agents and Police.
● Nationwide Federal mandatory human sensitivity and cultural training for all Law Enforcement Agencies and Policing periodically within each year.
● Nationwide Federal enforcement and protection of Constitutional Rights/Bill of Rights abridged and/or infringed by Law Enforcement Agencies and Policing.
● Nationwide Federal conditional Law Enforcement and Police funding based on merits of conduct and justified needs.
● Nationwide Federal demilitarization of Law Enforcement Agencies and Policing during legitimate Constitutional peaceful protest
● Nationwide Federal banning and outlawing of unconscionable union lobby contracts granting “carte blanche;” and the collective bargaining process of qualified immunity within Law Enforcement Agencies and Policing.
● Nationwide Federal “Community Based Policing.” (Meaning: Police living in the community; working in the community; walking the beat in the community and maintaining cordial relationships with the community.)
● Nationwide Federal mandatory active “body cams” on Policing 24/7.
● Nationwide Federal restrictions on the use of force and lethal tactics of Law Enforcement Agencies and Policing.
● Nationwide Federal banning and outlawing of “choke holds” as executed by Law Enforcement Agencies and Policing.
● Nationwide Federal mandatory annual psychological and anxiety stress evaluations of all Law Enforcement Agencies and Policing.
● Nationwide Federal mandatory monthly Public Community Relationship Forums with Law Enforcement Agencies and Police.
● Nationwide Federal regulated “SOP” (Standard Operational Procedures) in effect regarding Law Enforcement Agencies and Policing.
● Nationwide Federal Congressional Orders directing Law Enforcement Agencies and Policing to focus on and extirpate “Organized Crime,” “Domestic Terrorism” and “Foreign Terrorism.”
● Nationwide Federal Public protection, security and safety in accordance with the Constitution/Bill of Rights of the United States of America.
● Nationwide Federal acknowledgement and enforcement of “Justice For All.”
